Found this gem nearly 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my second boy. I was determined to have a more comfortable birth. My first one I never dilated. I read up on how prenatal adjustment can be beneficial for the birthing process and overall health. Come delivery time, had a smoother birth, I actually dilated and recovered much quicker.
