Surprized by previous reviews I am surprised by the positive reviews, because I had terrible experiences as have many other people that I know. I brought my dog in for a simple spaying. When I picked her up, it was in the 90s and the air conditioning was off -- a tech said that they wouldn't turn it on ($). My dog was covered with feces when I got her, no attempt to clean her. Dr. Hoppy Dr. Hoppy is the best. We would not know what to do when he retires. Text alerts are great to let us know when Dr. was running late. Dr. Hoppy is worth the wait.
