I have been a customer for 3 years now and every interaction I had has been a pleasant one. These guys are fast, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you live in wooded area that has a lot of wildlife (I am currently getting tick spray service and mosquito traps).

Client ****was serviced on April 23 and automatically rescheduled for the next service on May 24. Extensive amounts of daily rain began on may 20 and continued until end of month. May 31 **** left a disgruntled message as why he hadn't been serviced in May yet and stated he didn't want to hear about the rain. Had contract in place for over twelve years. They were suppose to provide tick preventive for April, May, June consecutively. They came once in April and used rain as an excuse for over sixty days. When I called to request service was told not until July. We have two digs which have been bringing ticks into the house because service has not been provided as stated. They said they sent someone beginning of June but lawn crew was there. They never came back. They should have done two treatments before end of June. The customer... read more
