We had CT Roofcrafters replace our 35 year old roof in the summer of 2021. They also replaced our gutters. Michael was extremely easy to work with. He was responsive to texts and was often on site during the work to address any questions or issues that arose. We had a very particular roof tile in mind for our home and it was in extremely limited supply. We had our roof redone for the first time and I'm very happy with the results. Michael was very professional and patient in helping me through the whole process and addressing problem areas of our particular roof. His crew was very friendly, clean (did a great job in cleaning up during and after the installation), and efficient in completing the project. We had our roof replaced in the winter/spring of 2021. Due to the weather, covid, and some other issues, the project got started later and took longer than expected, but Michael and his team did an excellent job. Our house presented some challenges and Michael quickly problem-solved when necessary. We now have a metal roof along with an area of EPDM on a flat part of our roof.
