I had a great time living there and thanks for making it a wonderful experience! Moving in and moving out was smooth. Felipe runs a solid ship!
We have been renting for over a year and Filipe at CT property management has been great! Move in conditions were great. He is quick to respond to any questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend him!
We had to let CT property management go after Filipe was withholding rent payments for months without paying us. He went on travel and was non responsive for weeks while with holding thousands in rent. When we informed Filipe we would no longer be renewing our contract he decided that to be a good time to bill us for a bunch of unnecessary and unrequested "upgrades". As you'll see many reviews are from tenants which I'm sure is fine for them but as a landlord I would never trust this company or Filipe.
