Unprofessional at best. When calling to get information regarding a surgey, you are met with nondescript answers and exasperation. It truly feels as though the person you are speaking to has no idea and zero interest in preparing you for what you should expect. Being continuously told that Post Op will prepare you for the post op is not helpful.
