I registered at the front desk and paid $55.00 or &50.00 to see the doctor. The doctor asked for what reason I came to see him and I said for osteoporosis. He said he does not treat that condition but does surgery on the spine. Then he left the room. I should get my money back. It was a waste of time.
BEWARE! Visited Hamden Ugent Care 5/31/26. Was told spine & shoulder X-rays showed a bruised bone of shoulder. Told to ice and use Tylenol. Two days later I called to request they take a second look at X-rays as the pain severely worsened. Was told NO! That I had to come in. Couldn’t even leave the house the pain was so bad. Two days later I called requesting pain meds as the pain was worse still. Again told no, I had to come in. (Someone finally, although clearly annoyed, prescribed something.)
