Alway friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great service. The doctors, PA, mri/ xray,physical therapist and rest of staff listen, give great care with great customer service.
I recently had an appointment which I arrived for five minutes early. At the time of my appointment I was brought to an exam room and forgotten. 20 minutes went by without anyone informing me “ the doctor is running late”, “had an emergency “, left for the day”, anything. It was a week before someone called back from that office. I have had both knees replaced through a different office with nothing but professionalism, courtesy and respect.
