Called the office because MYChart was automatically locked out, was on hold then disconnected, on hold again, they couldn't unlock it and told me to call EPIC to resolve the problem, I said it was their tool they provided me to use and that they should call EPIC I'm not available to sit at my computer to wait to talk to their computer provider.
