I felt very comfortable and welcomed from the moment I stepped in the office. My doctor was very prepared and knew my history before my arrival. Overall it was an excellent experience.

I brought my 2018 Outback in for an Express Oil Change on August 20th. The next day when I moved the car I noticed a large oil spill on the driveway. I brought it back to have them tighten the drain plug. This lack of quality control is unacceptable. I was given pads to absorb the oil which did nothing. It will cost me time, effort and money to clean. I will be going to a different dealer in the future.
