I had a bad experience that began in October 2023 and persisted into the middle of November 2023 due to office staff. After the appointment I was handed a piece of paper with medical codes and instructed that I needed to call my insurance company to verify coverage. I complied and informed the woman that the codes were covered. My feet were molded for custom orthotics a week later.
