Absolutely terrible professionalism. I made an appointment for a severe foot injury. Already had to wait a month to be seen, but it happens. They then CANCELED AND REBOOKED my appointment without contacting and telling me. They couldn't reach me by phone (because I did not have one), and so instead of reaching out by email, which is how I contacted them in the first place, they just canceled my appointment, let me show up day of, and then told me I was SOL. Their excuse being they needed to contact me to verify my insurance.... read more
Tough to get in if you need a walker and the rudest staff.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kahn for quite a while and I’ve never had a problem with the office staff or the Doctor. In my opinion he is a great Doctor and always makes you feel better after your appointment. I recommend him to anyone who needs a Podiatrist.
This office is wonderful. Great staff always there to help. Dr Kahn is a great doctor.
