Excellent service It is always a very pleasant experience when you attend a dental office and all the staff are very helpful and courteous. At family dentist all the staff were very helpful and made sure that my visit was comfortable.

While in the waiting area, I could hear all of my personal information being given out over the phone to the insurance company. And so could everyone else in the waiting room. They need to tighten up and not violate HIPPA. You could see the person next to you getting their teeth cleaned at the same time and hear everything that was done and said between the doctor, hygienist, and patients. The new doctor there does not have a good bedside manner. He was very hesitant in answering any of my questions and seemed very unsure of... read more
