Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
