I have pretty severe dental anxiety. The entire practice is so compassionate and understanding. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate for me!
Thought they were great when I first started going until a filling they did fell out. I had to wait 3 days to be seen. I showed up early and they said they had to see if it was something they were going to fix or if I was going to be charged. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and still was not seen after asking if they could take a look and tell me if they were going to cover it. Now I have to wait another week. No way to run a business!
He was very patient with my granddaughter Amber. He filled a tooth no problem. She liked him.
The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr.Kahn is very caring and listens to what you have to say! I've been going to the Vernon office for year's as well as my boy's and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you!
