I’ve been trying to call them for over an hour and all I’ve been getting is music. No matter which option you chose. This is unacceptable. I haven’t even been yet and this is not giving me the confidence to trust them with my child. This is a terrible experience and I haven’t even been able to speak to anyone yet.
This place is no longer accepting new patients with Medicaid so don't waste your time calling. By the way I'm talking about my own experience,today is 1/27/2025 and I just called this place this morning and that was the answer they gave me so I'm not talking just to talk.
On Friday September 27 I called to set up an appointment as I was referred by my doctor a couple weeks prior and never received a phone called. So on the 27 I called and was told they never recieve The referral that it needs to be faxed and due to my insurance they can’t schedule me without it. Fast forward to September 30 I called again asking for an appointment that I been having this same ear infection for about a month now “I was told I would get a call back never did” .
