This place is no longer accepting new patients with Medicaid so don't waste your time calling. By the way I'm talking about my own experience,today is 1/27/2025 and I just called this place this morning and that was the answer they gave me so I'm not talking just to talk.
On Friday September 27 I called to set up an appointment as I was referred by my doctor a couple weeks prior and never received a phone called. So on the 27 I called and was told they never recieve The referral that it needs to be faxed and due to my insurance they can’t schedule me without it. Fast forward to September 30 I called again asking for an appointment that I been having this same ear infection for about a month now “I was told I would get a call back never did” . I think Dr. Marc Eisen and his staff are an excellent team of ENT specialist. My vertigo problem was assessed in one visit. I was taken off the medication that would put me to sleep. I was referred to a PT specialist Mr. Eric Bruno of Hartford Rehabilitation center in Windsor, who removed the canaliths from my left canals in two visits.As a result I could attend both the commencement ceremonies for our UG and G programs at UHART on May 14 and 15, 2016.
