These lying snakes tried to take advantage of me as well as not take accountability for their errors. The Spanish or whatever lady in the Business Office needs education and is definitely a disgrace. If your organization makes an error, they pay for it, not the consumer. It is time for people to leave these low level dentist and pay for the real stuff. They only mess up your mouth while taking your money gladly. West Haven office needs to be closed down. Feel like little Spanish in there.
