I had a terrible experience at this medical office. I had an appointment with LouAnn and she was running behind almost 2 hours. I was finally able to see her and she rushed me into the appointment as she was going to her practice. She had to do a biopsy and she didn't explain anything about the procedure. She was supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy and she never did. She never called me about the biopsy results even thought I called the office to follow up.
