Although I’d like to say I wholeheartedly recommend this place so far as a new patient it’s been less than a good experience. My daughter was seen on Tuesday and discovered she does have allergies requiring an epipen or Auvi-Q and I was told since that day at that appointment the office would send a request to the company for the prescription to be filled. Called to inquire about an appointment as a new patient for issues I’ve been having for months. Was able to schedule an office visit and gave all my info. As soon as they found out I was a nurse that all changed. I can only have a telehealth visit because I’m a healthcare worker! How can you properly assess and treat a new patient over a phone/video visit?! Look elsewhere, especially if you are a healthcare worker.

Good experience. Dr. Lee was informative. Allergy testing was simple.
The staff was very helpful and the doctor made sure I understood all the next steps for my daughter’s allergy.
Dr Factor has been wonderful with my initial appointments, first had a Zoom due to COVID 19 then an office appointment for testing. He was very patient and willing to take the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns, really took the time to think through the plan specific to my situation. His MA/ Nurse was very professional and timely with testing, encounter with check in and check out very pleasant, everyone is very professional and very welcoming, would definitely recommend
Very impressed with the facility, the staff, and Dr Lee. We were able to get results right away and an action plan. Dr Lee took the time to sit and answer our questions.
Dr. Abbosh is always very thorough and gives great advice. I would highly recommend her as a provider. The office staff are also excellent. They care and have genuine concern for my well being.
I was taken in quickly and did not have to wait too long for the doctor in the exam room. The doctor answered all my questions. The doctor spent a good length of time with me also. It was much easier to get in to see the doctor in a timely manner than I thought.
