Connected, Seen & Heard is exactly what its name promises - you will feel connected, seen, and heard. Karolyn, the co-founder, has cultivated such a warm, compassionate space where true healing can happen, and that same level of care is reflected throughout the entire team. Everyone I’ve interacted with has shown incredible empathy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to meeting people where they are. If you’re looking for thoughtful, compassionate support, I highly recommend Connected, Seen & Heard.

Karolyn, the founder of Connected, Seen, & Heard, is lovely, kind, compassionate, and genuine. She integrates the element of humanness into all of her work that is so desperately needed. She has a way of making you feel instantly safe and understood. I trust she cultivates her team to be the most effective therapists and healers possible. I highly recommend them.

Connected, Seen & Heard is a phenomenal practice group. We all need connection and to be seen, heard, and cherished. Karolyn and Mallory have helped me with all of this and true healing. Their location is very convenient- just off the 5 in Solana Beach/Del Mar. I love the feel of their offices. They also offer virtual appointments. Plus, at least a few of their providers take insurance as well. I highly recommend them!
