If I could choose one star I would. This is a highly unethical and dishonest business. I have never in my lifetime experienced so many lies from the mouths of so many at one place of business. I am sickened to my core at what I experienced from this place. Absolutely sickened.
If there was a choice for zero stars, that is what I would choose. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, literally in my entire life. They are dishonest, unethical, slow, complete lack of communication.
The purpose of this review is to bring to light the excessive charges from Connected Restoration. No homeowner should be faced with this. Connected Restoration was contracted to perform water remediation caused by a leaky pipe. I was told the process would take 3 to 5 days of drying out. 18 days later … their equipment still running … they finally came by and picked up their equipment … that they had lost track of and didn’t realize it was still here … RUNNING!
