We stumbled upon Joshua Hoppe on accident when the listing agent on a house we wanted to see was out of town. She came back with a blow up in my face response stating, "In all my years I've been a realtor, I've never fired a client. You are the first. BTW, I wouldn't want you as a neighbor.".
