Very disappointed with this Agency. The main purpose of this and any agency that deals with the elderly is to assist the family by giving them piece of mind and ensuring that the client is the 1st priority. We were told by this agency that our mom who has dementia needs to have consistent care (meaning same aide same routine) as to not upset her routine. I truly love my job as the office manager. I work closely with clients and their families, case managers, and field staff getting the best of all aspects of home care. As with any place there are stressful days, but having a strong team makes even the stressful days great.

Connected Home Care- Burlington is a phenomenal place to work and grow as a health care professional. This company truly cares about their employees which never goes unnoticed. The clients I've worked with week to week are always great and made me look forward to each shift. The hours are also very flexible with close commutes which is always a plus.
