My wife and I received quotes from 3 different companies, and it was Dunnegan & Todd who impressed us and turned this dream into a reality. Both of them were friendly, responsive, and extremely patient taking the time to explain everything for a first time buyer of solar panels. They were consistently going above and beyond to work with us to meet our needs and make the entire process easy. When we need to replace our panels at the end of their useful life (20+years) they will have our business.
I contacted Connected Energy because I needed a roof replacement & my solar panels taken down & put back up afterwards. I would recommend this company to anyone, great service, great price & they guaranteed my panels would be working the same as they did before removal. They did just that and more, not only are my panels back & working great they but them back better & more secure. Couldn’t be happier, thanks guys on a great job.
Connected solar was a great all around experience. The team was flexible on sizing to fit the budget available and then working quickly to hit the needed timeline. We encountered a number of permitting and bureaucratic issues Dunnegan was able to work through seamlessly. I am happy we chose Connected and would happily use them again if we ever got another house. If you have are having doubts, rest assured you are making a great decision.
Connected Energy got my system installed in December of 25’ while weather was unpredictable and not ideal. Everything is working great - the powerwall has kept us powered up ever since. Being in an area prone to scattered outages this was a major motivator for getting this system installed in addition to raising electricity bills. I would definitely recommend connected energy if you’re shopping around for a solar company to work with.
Connected Energy Solar repaired the wiring on a solar panel installed by a different, non-responsive company. They diagnosed the problem, made the repairs, and got the system back in operation in less than 2 hours. Very prompt in their response. Excellent communications concerning schedule and the repair.
