I have had the luxury of a large number of massages in my life, and I can say without reservation that Dessi gives the best massage I've ever had, bar none. She is strong, thorough, and supremely sensitive. She works on my problem areas in a way that gets results without causing me to tense with pain (a common problem I find) and I leave feeling glorious. I have been seeing Dessi for more than 2 years and at least every other week. She provides the very best care and quality of service. I would highly recommend Dessi to anyone who is looking for a great massage and bodywork.
Dessi is an excellent healer and has significantly decreased my chronic pain. Her practice involves reteaching your nervous system how to deal with stimuli. Most PT involves correcting muscle imbalances. Dessi deals with the software of the body instead of just the hardware
This is my first review on Yelp, long due but very very well deserved. I had vertigo and was looking for a massage therapist, called my insurance and they gave Dessi's contact, I talked to her and she was very understanding and compassionate at the same time inspirational. I have been seeing Dessi since my 3-4 month of pregnancy. She is very knowledgable not only about the body, but about the pregnancy as well. I completely trust her and it took me a while to find professional who specializes in pregnancy massage. She spends more time than scheduled and genuinely tries to make me feel good about every single part of my body.
