Ashley in the front office was very helpful she got us approve fast very apartment was good can wait to move in today today
Terrible liars don’t answer the phone, apartment has baby roaches hiding in the walls and floors that come out at night. The staff knows this is an issue with a specific building but fails to acknowledge until you bring it to their attention and then still bill you for electricity AFTER ALLOWING TERMINATION OF LEASE BECAUSE THEY’RE LIARS AND KNOW IT.

The place it self is great. Granted I could pay less for a studio but I appreciate the amenities that are included. Yet, I’m still having an issue with getting a new mail key. I called at the beginning of January for a new key and was told the order was gonna be put in. I waited a bit over a week after and called to see if there was an update. Turns out the order was never put in at all and was told the same things as before that “it was going to be put in right now”. I said ok sounds good and waited a week and 6 days exactl... read more
