terrible signage, whats the thought process behind putting only ONE SINGULAR buildings number sign on ONE SIDE of the building?? you're telling me in order to figure out which building is which I must walk all the way around each and every building to see which one I'm looking for??? Living here wasn’t that bad overall just at the end of our lease when I had moved out when we were cleaning our apartment upstairs started leaking downstairs and the whole entire apartment pretty much flooded. I never got My pet deposit back even though I contacted the office. They said they had no proof of me even paying a pet deposit after I therefore show them proof that I paid it on my lease that it showed. They said they had to take it up with cam properties and then they wouldn’t know when they would get back to me. Th... read more
If you are a resident here you can put your own lock on the pool gate to control pool access, so you can have private pool parties and get really drunk on the weekends, its great. Contact the office for exclusive pool party membership
Amenities advertised (Pool, gym, etc) are not actually available and haven't been for some time. Management lists all kinds of excuses for this but the reality is CAM Properties who bought this property last year can't really afford to maintain it. This sign has been up for at least a month now, denying paying residents the use of the pool in a summerlong heatwave of 120 plus degrees is notably cruel. They also demand to keep your ID to even visit the small fitness room, which obviously is a legal concern for identity theft.... read more
