Honestly I really like this complex. They really take care of the units and residents when you put work orders in and pest control comes EVERY week and they're really good and thorough. I really appreciate this place and their staff. They are weed friendly, which again I appreciate cause i work at a dispensary. They have washer and dryer in unit for honestly a really good price rent only goes up a little but youre paying for the places upkeep and things that need fixing so I think it's worth it. I was looking for a place recently and kept coming back to this place a few months ago. Then about a week and a half ago I needed a place as soon as possible. So I called and spoke with Susan who let me tell you is amazing. I left work on a Friday at 3 o’clock came looked at the apartment which is perfect cause the wall colors and the counter tops match my color scheme for my apartment got my keys at 5:30. I’ve been here for almost two years ! I had no problems other than the matinace team getting orders fixed correctly. When the new management stepped in they started to get better . Hopefully the pool gets fixed as only one pool has been open and the other closed for years
