If you are a resident here you can put your own lock on the pool gate to control pool access, so you can have private pool parties and get really drunk on the weekends, its great. Contact the office for exclusive pool party membership

Amenities advertised (Pool, gym, etc) are not actually available and haven't been for some time. Management lists all kinds of excuses for this but the reality is CAM Properties who bought this property last year can't really afford to maintain it. This sign has been up for at least a month now, denying paying residents the use of the pool in a summerlong heatwave of 120 plus degrees is notably cruel. They also demand to keep your ID to even visit the small fitness room, which obviously is a legal concern for identity theft.... read more

This place is down right scary. I was visiting my aunt. The guy in 1614 is obviously selling drugs. People in and out of that apt all day and all night. Definite drug activities going on. My aunt told me she saw him walking by with a rifle too. We use to sit outside and talk but with the dangers so close we don't anymore. She called the office about it, they always answer with an answering machine and don't seem to call back. Honestly if they rid the place of drug dealers it'd be a nice place. Honestly I really like this complex. They really take care of the units and residents when you put work orders in and pest control comes EVERY week and they're really good and thorough. I really appreciate this place and their staff. They are weed friendly, which again I appreciate cause i work at a dispensary. They have washer and dryer in unit for honestly a really good price rent only goes up a little but youre paying for the places upkeep and things that need fixing so I think it's worth it.
