Associates don’t know what insurance they even work with! I called and SPECIFICALLY asked PRIOR and the woman working said “yes we sure do work with your insurance” UMMMM, no they don’t. Could have gotten a better quality wheelchair for WAY LESS money on Amazon. AVOID! I got screwed!
