Terrible company - I do not recommend doing business with them: 1) They do not seem to be able to maintain staffing at the Boynton Beach Florida location 2) Front desk person has been eliminated 3) Recent appointments have been changed by them several times in a row because they did not have anyone available 4) Drove to my rescheduled appointment a few days ago to find the office was locked with a notice to contact the Austin TX office via a phone number provided on the notice 5) Austin office were apologetic and said they w... read more
So sad that we lost our wonderful team at Santa Rosa CA connect hearing..3 years Now a hole different staff..I guess they can't keep anyone.. I have profound hearing lose and finally got what is known as crossovers..I have something wrong and called 3 xs last week..Then again yesterday and today still no return phone call..I actually had a call corporate office just to get ahold of Santa Rosa office and then she put me on hold and then call dropped??? very hard to speak to someone after your recieve your hearing aid especially the upland office.Has change since Lisa left

I went to their clinic in Canada and it was a terrible experience, she was pushy and a bully and rude. After all that I decided to go to a nicer hearing Aid Centre and they treated me wonderfully. That was 4 years ago and Connect hearing constantly calls me . KEEP AWAY FROM THEM is my advice
