Great service
This is our go-to for our hearing needs. Catherine (Cathy) Brewer was personable and helpful, including guidance regarding the VAC reassessment process and so forth. My husband suffers from service related hearing loss and tinnitus and they’ve been helpful in finding ways to try and improve quality of life (like recommending use of a white noise machine at night).
I was recently fitted with a new Phonak hearing aid at Connect Hearing after years of testing to monitor my declining hearing. The service has stayed top notch since the transition to Connect Hearing from North Bay Audiology. Cathy was great every time that I have been in to see her. My 93 yr old mother went in to get her hearing aid adjustment and cleaning. Great service with the cleaning but her hearing aid is worse . It’s not fair that all that money was paid out for the hearing aid . She regretted going in and is very concerned about going back again
