Great place to get hearing aids and staff is great.
I am very satisfied with the service I have recieved from Connect Hearing. They may be a bit more expensive than others but their service is extremely good. I have lost a hearing aid and they replaced it at a fraction of the cost. Any malfunction has been addressed quickly and minor repairs are always free. The hearing aid come with lots of assesories and they always try to accomodate your needs. If you like great service they are the best.
I had a 0830 apt here, on arrival the receptionist handed me an intake form, at 0930 the front desk clerk laughed and then told me that my audiologist had called in sick but she didn’t see the message. She canceled my apt after I had waited an hour in the lobby and booked me in for 3 weeks later. (I had already waited over a month for the original apt)
Extremely helpful and professional every step of the way. Great experience overall. It was a little daunting having hearing aids for the first time. The staff was excellent and I love the new hearing aids.
Back to see Aimee recently for my second set of hearing aids in the last 5 years. I very much enjoy Aimee as well as other members of this Connect Hearing office.
