My husband has a cochlear implant and was in NS when his batteries died. He normally has a supply but didn’t replenish. He went in and the individual working was amazing. She found him batteries and gave him a few extra. There wasn’t a hesitation to help him. Although his needs can’t be met here, the warmth received in a panicked moment would bring me back if ever a need for hearing supplies. Thank you to the worker March 12/26 for helping my husband.

I am very satisfied with the service I have recieved from Connect Hearing. They may be a bit more expensive than others but their service is extremely good. I have lost a hearing aid and they replaced it at a fraction of the cost. Any malfunction has been addressed quickly and minor repairs are always free. The hearing aid come with lots of assesories and they always try to accomodate your needs. If you like great service they are the best.
