I recently got Phonak hearing aids from Connect Hearing in the Maple Grove Plaza. The lady - Arezo Amin - who gave me the hearing test was so nice! She is excellent at what she does! She is so caring & considerate. She connected me to my cell phone, IPad & television, and has made such a difference! She has made me feel so welcome, and told me I can drop in any time I have any concerns. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is having a hearing problem!
Arezo Amin is an amazing person that helps you with everything you need, she takes time to show you teach you and help you over all im very pleased with Arezo perfomance thank you will always recommend you.

I'm extremely unhappy. I have been using this branch of Connect Hearing for many years. Over the weekend one of my hearing aids became a big problem. I called this morning and the machine stated they were open, I arrived at approximately 10 am. On arrival found a note on the door saying they were closed for the day. I DO NOT DRIVE. My return cab fare was $50. How are you going to correct this???????
I’ve been going to connect hearing over 30+ years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have great staff and it’s quick and easy to get an appointment! It is also easy to transfer from one to the other if needed, you can also get your supplies batteries etc from any connect hearing. I highly recommend Connect Hearing if you or your child have hearing problems.
