I'm extremely unhappy. I have been using this branch of Connect Hearing for many years. Over the weekend one of my hearing aids became a big problem. I called this morning and the machine stated they were open, I arrived at approximately 10 am. On arrival found a note on the door saying they were closed for the day. I DO NOT DRIVE. My return cab fare was $50. How are you going to correct this???????
I’ve been going to connect hearing over 30+ years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have great staff and it’s quick and easy to get an appointment! It is also easy to transfer from one to the other if needed, you can also get your supplies batteries etc from any connect hearing. I highly recommend Connect Hearing if you or your child have hearing problems.
Was misdiagnosed with asymmetrical hearing loss and refused hearing aids until I had seen a specialist. I waited 3 months to see and ENT doctor only to be told I had no such thing and there is no reason I should not have been fitted with hearing aids.
