An excellent experience from start to finish. When I started to notice that my 10 year old ear plugs were drying out and I shopped around for a replacement set. The folks at the Ingersoll office were great and answered many questions via email, then set me up for a convenient appointment to cast some new noise reduction silicone ear plugs.
