Staff is really helpfull and friendly. Your in and out. Is you think or know something's wrong go and check your ears out their going to tell you what's really wrong or if it's normal
Have been a customer for several years. Recently purchased Unitron hearing aids that have performed very well. Dr. Powell has been instrumental in my choosing Connect hearing. Customer service is excellent. Kudos to Belinda (receptionist) for always being upbeat and helpful. I highly recommend.
I've been taking my aunt and grandmother here for the last month or so and they are wonderful. Dr. Powell and Billinda both have been fantastic. Billinda (receptionist) has gone above and beyond to help us schedule our appointments and take care of us. Every visit has been perfect, Dr. Powell has given my grandmother a new lease on life. She can once again her the music and the people she loves. Thank you so much for your help and patience!
Dr. Powell and Bilinda were absolutely wonderful through the complete process of making my appointment to doing the exam to making recommendations as a result of my exam. The exam was very thorough and as Dr. Powell reviewed my results I was pleased that she gave me a variety of options based on my desires and needs and I never felt once that she was pushing me any direction.
