I have been going to see Dr Powell and Belinda for 4 or 5 years and have always been satisfied with the service and polite way I am treated. I get good information about the newest hearing aids and can then make informed decisions. I have two TV bluetooth recievers and a remote neck reciever and they are the best items I have ever purchased. The TV recievers let me not only hear the TV at my level but make the words clearer. I have attended several informational presentations on hearing, but Dr Powell’s has been the most informative. She was able to translate the technical issues into easily understandable laymen terms. I took her offer to have a hearing test (free) as a benchmark. The exam was very thorough, in that is included a restaurant simulated setting. Dr Powell reviewed my results in detail. Because I did not exhibit any hearing difficulties, no hearing aides were recommended. But, she did encourage me to return in 1 year to repeat the ... read more
