I was ignored for 3 months. No updates about my insurance. No response to my countless phone messages. Ignored me until I sent email to Carlos. Finally got a call from someone else apologizing and to let me know that Carlos was currently on vacation. When Carlos got back he finally called. I got here by answering an add for free hearing aids that they were testing. Carlos said that I was the second client to mention that. He said there was no such program.
Carlos and Rosy are both truly excellent professionals. Everything about the office is first class!
When you walk into the Brookshire Medical Building, go by the Quest Diagnostics door near the back exit, you'll find the building directory. You won't find AudioNova, you'll find the entry Connect Hearing it's the same one on the second floor. Exit the elevator and make a left, AudioNova is room 204. The office is very nice and bright once you get inside. The young man attending the whole office Carlos is very nice and professional. He's fluent in English and Spanish and explains things in a simple manner which is great.
when I visited the office I felt like family. Rosie and Carlos are the best !! God is good.
