They were very thorough and caring towards my dad. They made him feel comfortable: They checked his hearing aids, tested his hearing and cleaned his ears. It is a more convenient location for us. They explained his test results. We were given options for future hearing aid replacements. They showed us the new technology. They let my dad try on the hearing aids with rechargeable batteries. Connect Hearing has been my saving grace and Rachel my patron saint of hearing! It took literal years to acquire hearing aids, and with a stroke of luck we found Rachel who helped us quickly through these steps with sympathy because she understands that the sole purpose of all this hoop-jumping is just to adequately hear. Rachel at this Connect Hearing is an absolute angel! She facilitated/helped us navigate the "system" that can be grueling at times. Once I found her, within months my daughter had her hearing aids after years of phone tag and dead ends with state funding. I cannot thank her enough for making us feel completely supported and helping my daughter improve her quality of life especially as I'm sending her off to college! Thank you Rachel!!!
