We were very dissatisfied with their service. We canceled within their policy and were promised a refund of one week of service. Lusia stopped responding and it has been over two months of trying to get our funds returned. Will be filing a claim against this company. Incredibly unprofessional and unethical to steal this way from the elderly.
Sketchy company! Beware!!! Spoke with Lusia and inquired about their services for my elderly mother in law. Over the phone there was no mention of a $2500.00 set up fee ( supposedly due to Covid requirements and Insurance). When Lusia arrived to meet with my family she said all companies charge this fee. I called other reputable home care companies and NOT ONE charges a set up fee. This is definitely highway robbery and elder financial abuse!
So thankful to have found Connect Fiji Care! We've recently learned that hiring a home care-giving service for a parent is extremely difficult. There is a lot to navigate and some of the larger companies push hard to get you to go under contract.
