I’d like to publicly thank Celia for her professionalism, concerns and commitment. Most tenants just have negative reviews due to them not following simple rules and being undisciplined. The customer service she has provided is unmatched. Celia communicates with her tenants and ensures there is an understanding of rules regulations and no misunderstandings. Troy made up random rules to denied my backyard project application 3 times. Many of my neighboors are approved for an additional bathroom on the back of their houses. Troy said that I need to build a pool so I can build a bathroom which was nowhere to be found in the CCRs. He even tried to charge me $600 (4 times of the applocation fee) for just 1 application. I will give a 0 star if I could
This management company, owned and operated by Troy, engages in the unlawful practice of imposing fees on homeowners. When homeowners inquire about these charges, he threatens to delay property closings and subsequently acknowledges that the situation exists in a "grey area." They are scammers. Inventing fees left and right (new buyers in my community are now having to pay a $625 "property inspection" fee?!), overcharging and double-charging for architectural changes, don't respond to my emails, going to my front yard to count how many plants I have (?!). Next time you set foot in my front yard I'll give you a trespassing notice and whether you want it or not you'll have to leave.
Stay away. Not responsive and always sucking money. Can't wait to kick them out of my community.
