Because it was a pharmacy from a big corporate chain, my insurance agent couldn’t get in contact with anyone over the phone to fix the problem and I ended up having to pay full price for covered meds. I transferred my prescriptions to Connect Care. Not only did I get a call from Guilliano, the pharmacist himself, to tell me my meds were ready that same day, he had also fixed the problem with insurance. I’m so happy I made the switch to Connect Care!
