I’ve had an excellent experience with this Connect on Sixty Four executive office suite. The space is modern, professional, and impeccably maintained. The facilities are top-tier. The management team is responsive, helpful, and always accommodating. It truly provides a premium working environment. Highly recommended for any business looking for a professional presence.
Unfortunately, my experience with this business has been disappointing. Prices have been increased while the quality of service has gone down. Access to some areas has been restricted, and when a booking is made, the pass often does not work. Each time, I have to call and wait at least half an hour before the keys are activated. I strongly recommend anyone considering leasing office space here to look elsewhere. My experience has been full of broken promises, hidden fees, and poor management. Before signing my lease, I was assured of several amenities and services that never eventuated. When I raised concerns, I was met with nothing but excuses instead of solutions.
