Horrible experience. I arrived at the ER around 11:30 p.m. The waiting room was practically empty, and I was told the doctor wasn’t busy and I’d be out in about 30 minutes. Instead, I sat in an exam room for hours without being seen. The entire time, I could hear the staff chatting about their days off and home projects instead of caring for patients. I've been to ER and to the Connally Hospital a few times. I have always been given good care by the doctors and the staff. I would give the Connally Facility 10 stars if I could! Love and peace, Holmes.

My mother was a hospital patient needing two major surgeries within two months. Everyone was compassionate, considerate and, most important in a hospital, extremely competent. The doctors and nurses always answered our questions, and they explained my mother's status and prognosis thoroughly. Even the chaplain was a stellar comfort. When Mom needed to be moved into ICU, the nurses were amazing. After hospice became necessary, my mother was treated with dignity and respect.
