If I could give less than one star I would. Conn Pest Control claims they don't own ladders. They don't have any, and are now refusing to take care of the wasps nest on my roof. So frustrating considering THEY ALREADY TOOK THE JOB! Don't take jobs you don't have the equipment for? But also how insane for pest control to "not have ladders".
I've had Conn for years without a problem. Then I had to call them after their treatment because what they were using was not working. I had scorpions in my bathroom and living room. One stung me in my face while I was on the couch. I called Conn up told them what was happening. She told me they changed their chemical supplier and then wanted to charge me for another vist.
