The Vivia 9 offers a great unit. It seems that the sound are more natural. Only a few days old, however, so hopefully it will last. I do recommend Conn Hearing for your needs.
I was picking up a damaged hearing aid. I was greeted friendly and my appt. was on time. Liv greeted me. She was friendly, answered all my questions. Liv ckeaned, calibrated and updated my aids. Service was prompt and efficient.
Needed new molds for my hearing aids. They are quick to get them in a reasonable time. Thank you.
