Called to make sure a med would be delivered because she was out and needed asap. The worker named Danielle was incredibly rude on phone because I called twice to make sure. Bad customer service!
Every time I order meds for my clients, they’re never ready after 24 hours. Staff has been unreliable and incapable of getting meds for that have been ordered and consistently make me and my clients wait at the door while the blister packs are filled
