Conlin properties are the worst properties to rent at I lived at willow bend Apartments a while back and they had a infestation of gnats painted over mold in the buildings and had a mice infestation as well had leaks creating water bugs and roaches to appear in the apartment maintenance never took care of work orders being placed in they had to fire the property manager because she disclosed my private information to another tenant and the tenant recorded the conversation Play when renting the apartment I had received false ... read more
The company sends out mail correspondence with a 6 year old agenda associated with another HOA. Shows the lack of attention to detail and lack of oversight. Quick to cash checks while lacking professionalism.
I haven't worked directly with Conlin Properties however their customer service is five star. I submitted an inquiry about services they do not work in. They replied quickly. I replied back to them asking for referrals in the space they don't operate and they came back with one referral. They didn't need to do this but they did!
I had the serious displeasure of speaking with at least two male employees/owners, I’m unsure because in their minds I was so far beneath them I didn’t even deserve a proper introduction from them when they were calling MY phone. They were extremely sexist, poor mannered, arrogant and unprepared with the proper knowledge needed for whatever situation they were reaching out about. Why the cameras on the property at 6009 Creston don't work. Someone stole keys out of apartment door. Made police report. Officer said they need to fix all Cameras on this property. So can you please fix these Cameras. Thank you
