This company makes me sick. They will do anything they can to take your deposit even if you uphold the property either minor issues. They will be dishonest and say previous damages were caused by you even if they weren't. They will not fix serious issues. Pipes burst in the apartment above ours and the ceiling was completely damaged and we were told they would paint over it... Nevermind the mold growing inside the ceiling. They are liars and cheats. Don't rent,sell or buy from them, find a reputable realtor for your real estate needs. Had to give one star, but if able I would have given negative stars.
Great company to deal with. Super nice lady that works in the office was easy to work with.
This company cannot get anything done. My mother fell down one of the basement stairs and had to go to the hospital and they did absolutely nothing. The stairs in both the attic and basement are broken and have caused multiple falls. The basement also has mushrooms all over and black mold. Their employees refuse to fix the problems they just fix them just enough to make it another week before it breaks again. The oven turns on and off by itself and is such a hazard. If I could give them zero stars I would. They managed my property for three years while I was out of the country. During this time I was never notified of major damages done to my house by the first tenants that Conley's supposedly screened. I came home to at least $10,000 dollars in repairs and maintenance that was never done and I still have not fixed everything.
