As soon as the representative answered the phone, I asked if they handled cases like mine. He responded that I would need to speak with an attorney to get an answer, and then revealed that he was just the receptionist. He then proceeded to ask me for all my information and a detailed description of my case. After I provided that, he abruptly told me that it was outside their scope of practice.
