As a condo owner, I'm am very disappointed in their responses. They are dismissive and the property manager does less than the bare minimum. We are spending a lot of money for fees that are paying companies that are not providing the services they were contracted to do and Conkrite does not seem to care. Local property managers refuse to enforce bylaws and rules when infractions are reported by residents or the Board of Directors. As a condo owner I was told my deck replacement would take 2 weeks to complete. I am in my 7thweek of partial work completed and no communication as to when the work will be done. Cannot use the space because of safety issues. There are 5 other units in this predicament. Very poor management!
