Conklin Family Dental is where you want to be. A family friend recommended them and I was initially skeptical after I had shopped around before finally settling for Conklin Family Dental and I was glad I did!!! Everyone was welcoming, kind and swift with appointment bookings, follow-up and procedures were well explained to me as the parent and my child as the patient. I had all the help I needed and more. I resend them over and over and over again; take it from someone who had tried other Dental facilities prior!!
Conklin dental has been my go to for some time now, and every time they are so incredibly amazing! All the staff are very kind and I honestly think due to my kids coming here since they were small, is the reason they do not fear the dentist! most recently we were seen as an emergency and Dr. Nicole went above in beyond in so many ways !! I will forever be grateful for this dentist office and their staff. From reception, to assistance, to dentist everyone is so empathetic, kind and zero judgement.
The dentists and dental assistants were excellent professional and skilled throughout my visits. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff (Julie) made me decide to transfer my care elsewhere, even in the middle of an implant procedure. When I called, the receptionist’s demeanor noticeably changed after hearing my name, and I felt dismissed rather than welcomed.
