Very bad customer service we are from Canada and had a power issue with our GM truck stopped in and told them what was wrong they took the truck into the shop they have very poor mechanical skills, told us we needed a whole new fuel system... not true there suggestion was not to drive in hot weather!! Really?? I guess we can only drive in winter ?? Cost us $500.00 for nothing made it to Belleville KS and same thing took it to the local GM dealership and they diagnosed it and are repairing it... your dealership is horrible, l... read more
My experience was wonderful, Jill & Alex went above & beyond, my 2nd car from them. Anything I asked for they did, they had those black cars lined up out front for me, they even stayed late to get me my car I chose from Newton. EXCELLENT SERVICE, GOOD JOB HILL & ALEX, I LOVE MY BLACK FUSION
