when buying our car the dealership was friendly and gave us a good deal, but after the sale they said they would fix some issues with the vehicle and would pick it up fix it and return it when done. They never came to pick up the car, we scheduled it with them twice. we then offered to drive the car to them so it could be detailed and serviced.
